The Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) of Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union Counties has a very simple, over-arching goal: helping first-time parents succeed.
We know that being a first-time parent can be scary, and you might feel alone. Are you still in high school and don’t know anything about babies? Do you already work two jobs and have no idea how you’ll balance everything once the baby comes? Do you feel like the only person in the world who has ever had these problems?
You aren’t alone. Our services are free. We’re here to help.
Nurse-Family Partnership is a free, voluntary program that partners first-time moms, just like you, with a specially trained nurse who makes home visits throughout the pregnancy and until the baby turns two years old. During these visits, your nurse will offer the knowledge and support you need to confidently create a better life for your baby and yourself.
